At Sikka Al-Tayeb, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances and beauty products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, our flexible return policy allows for hassle-free processing within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene reasons, used or opened beauty products cannot be returned.

  Ship the Item

  Pack your items securely and use our prepaid shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
